Maciej Niedziałkowski is a Polish attorney-at-law (radca prawny) registered with the Poznań Bar of Attorneys-at-Law. In Germany, he practises as a registered European lawyer (niedergelassener europäischer Rechtsanwalt) with the Saxony Bar Association.
He gained professional experience in law and tax advisory firms, public administration, and the legal and political departments of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Vienna. He also worked as in-house counsel for a German DIY retail company operating across Europe. His practice focuses on advising Polish and German businesses and on projects carried out between Poland and Germany. He advises in particular on ongoing business operations, commercial agreements, negotiations, corporate restructurings, investments, commercial disputes and debt recovery. He supports Polish companies expanding into the German market and German businesses entering or operating in Poland.
His knowledge of the Polish and German legal environments, combined with experience gained across different professional settings, enables him to identify differences between the two countries’ business practices. He handles matters personally, remains in direct contact with clients and ensures that complex legal issues are explained clearly to entrepreneurs and decision-makers.
Legal advice and communication can be provided in Polish, German and English. Maciej Niedziałkowski is also a member of the German-Polish Lawyers’ Association (Deutsch-Polnische Juristen-Vereinigung e.V.), an organisation bringing together lawyers involved in legal cooperation between Poland and Germany.

Yes. Meetings, correspondence, contracts and working documents can be handled in English, German or Polish. We explain local legal concepts in a format useful to international decision-makers.
Can you represent a foreign company before Polish courts?
Yes. As a Polish attorney-at-law, Maciej Niedziałkowski can represent clients in civil, commercial and administrative proceedings in Poland, subject to a conflict and scope check.
How do you recover a debt from a Polish or German contractor?
We review the contract, due date, jurisdiction and available information about the debtor. We then recommend negotiation, a formal demand, an order for payment or the appropriate court and enforcement route.
Do you support market entry and company formation in Poland?
Yes. We assist with legal form, incorporation, corporate registrations, contracts, governance and selected tax and employment issues together with specialist advisers where needed.
How are fees structured?
Depending on the assignment, we use hourly fees, a fixed fee for a defined stage or a monthly retainer. The proposed model and anticipated scope are agreed before work starts.
